Project Brief

Centroartesano is a local arts & crafts brand in Madrid, Spain, with deep roots in traditional supplies and hobby culture. By 2019, the business was under pressure due to declining foot traffic and changing consumer behavior. I was brought in to design and launch a Shopify storefront that would modernize their sales model, connect with online shoppers, and keep the business relevant. The new website was built with full Google Shopping feed integration, fast local delivery options, and Shopify POS to support in-store and multi-channel sales. When the COVID-19 pandemic hit just months later, this digital transformation became essential to keeping the business alive. With the new infrastructure in place, Centroartesano was able to fulfill orders, offer home delivery, and stay connected with local customers while shops were closed.
