WeatherTech is a leading North American brand known for premium automotive accessories, home solutions, and pet products. The Swiss/European division approached us to optimize their Shopify store for better performance, usability, and search visibility. While the brand had a strong product lineup, the site’s user experience felt clunky, with low discoverability of key items and underperforming product pages. Our goal was to restructure the store’s navigation and collections, streamline the path to purchase, and make high-value content more visible—without straying from the brand’s practical and performance-driven identity.
