Overview

The mission

Centroartesano was struggling with outdated software and poor feedback from their platform solution. They experienced long support tickets, dreadful user experience on their website and archaic sales platform with weak customer-oriented service. 

The Outcome

We migrated a 20k inventory from a local server POS solution to Shopify. From there, we added features such POS, chat support, loyalty programs, marketing apps,  reviews, a powerful search feature, new logistics partners and courier tracking,

The impact

The number of sales started to increase exponentially. Customer loyalty also increased with email marketing and an overall better experience. Customer’s gained confidence with photo reviews, where they were able to see other people’s artistic projects. UX also improved, with easy-to-find search boxes and megamenus. Marketing apps also helped to improve sales with the google shopping integration.
